Peter Adebayo, a seasoned Chartered Accountant, Tax and Management Consultant, holds a BSc Degree in Accounting from University of Lagos; an MBA Degree with specialisation in financial management from Lagos State University; a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); a Certified Professional Forensic Accountant of Institute of Certified Forensic Accountants, Canada; an Associate member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN); an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered); an alumnus of Lagos Business School (Pan African University) and a registered professional member of Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He had his professional training in Adu Emmanuel & Co (Chartered Accountants) and Olumide & Pase (Chartered Accountants) before moving to private sector to deepen his career exposure and private sector experience.
Peter Adebayo has over twenty five years experience in corporate and professional practice, garnered across diverse sectors of Nigerian business environment. His areas of professional competence include among others: Accountancy, Audit/Assurance, Forensic engagements, Tax management, Business and Financial Management Advisory, Entrepreneurship, Strategic Management, Leadership Development, Administrative Skills and Office Management, Management Consultancy, Facilitations and Human Capital Development.

He has undertaken numerous professional engagements in both private and public sectors at different times along his career at both state and federal levels.
He has also undertaken series of local and offshore training and self-development programmes across Africa and the United States of America among others.
